Toddler water confidence classes ( four children per class)
Introducing children between the age of 2 to 4 years old to the swimming environment, in a happy, fun based and stimulating environment. The fundamental skills are taught through the use of games, toys and movement exploration.

Beginner classes (6 children per class)
Introducing children from the age of 4 years old to the swimming environment. The purpose of the lesson at this stage is to build water confidence and learn the fundamental skills required to move onto the next stage.

Beginner + classes (6 children per class)
These classes are aimed at children from the age of 4 years old. The purpose of the lesson at this stage is to make the transition from swimming aided to unaided, using one or more strokes and to develop further the fundamental skills required to move to the next stage.

Child Intermediate classes (8 children per class)
The purpose of these classes is to improve stroke technique and efficiency on all four major strokes over greater distances than the previous stage. We will also aim to develop skills such as surface diving, rotations and sculling.
